Position Overview

Fusion HCR is seeking a Salesforce Business Systems Analyst to support a Lead-to-Cash transformation. This hands-on role will gather and document business requirements, translate them into user stories and acceptance criteria, and support enhancements across Salesforce Sales Cloud, CPQ, and Revenue Cloud.

Working closely with business stakeholders, Salesforce administrators, and technical teams, the analyst will help improve quoting, pricing configuration, workflows, and revenue-related processes. The role also includes configuration and troubleshooting for end users, with approximately 10–15% of responsibilities involving Salesforce Administrator-level work. Clear, confident communication is essential when explaining requirements, processes, and proposed solutions to both technical and non-technical partners.

Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as a liaison between business stakeholders and Salesforce technical teams, partnering with Sales Operations, Finance, Revenue, and IT.
  • Document business requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria, workflows, and feature definitions.
  • Support Lead-to-Cash processes, including quoting, pricing, approvals, contract management, billing, and revenue recognition workflows.
  • Support Salesforce CPQ configuration, quoting rules, product bundles, approval processes, and quote generation.
  • Assist with implementing and optimizing Revenue Cloud solutions.
  • Configure Salesforce fields, page layouts, flows, and reports as needed; troubleshoot user issues, process gaps, integrations, and data discrepancies.
  • Participate in Agile sprint planning, backlog refinement, and release activities.

Required Qualifications

  • At least 3 years of experience as a Salesforce Business Analyst or Business Systems Analyst in an enterprise Salesforce environment.
  • Hands-on Salesforce CPQ experience with quoting, pricing logic, approvals, and product modeling.
  • Strong understanding of Lead-to-Cash or Quote-to-Cash processes.
  • Ability to develop clear user stories, requirements, workflows, and supporting documentation.
  • Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills, with excellent verbal and written communication.
  • Experience working in an Agile or Scrum environment.
  • Willingness to perform approximately 10–15% Salesforce Administrator-level configuration work.
  • For remote candidates, genuine, verifiable hands-on experience with Salesforce Revenue Cloud Advanced or Agentforce Revenue is required. Experience claims predating the 2024 release of Revenue Cloud Advanced will not be considered valid. Las Vegas-area candidates with CPQ experience may be considered without this experience.
