Fusion HCR is hiring a Revenue Manager for a leading owner, operator, and developer of single-family rental homes. The company manages more than 60,000 rental homes across the United States and is recognized for its workplace culture and industry leadership. This is a direct-hire opportunity based in Las Vegas, Nevada. Candidates must be located in Las Vegas; relocation assistance is available. Sponsorship is not available for this position.
Position Overview
Fusion HCR is seeking a Revenue Manager to develop and execute pricing strategies across an assigned region, maximizing rental revenue while maintaining optimal occupancy. This position analyzes property, submarket, and broader market trends to support data-driven pricing and leasing decisions. The Revenue Manager partners closely with operational leadership to evaluate performance, identify opportunities, and recommend actions that improve revenue and profitability.
The role serves as a subject matter expert for revenue analytics, translating complex data into clear recommendations for internal stakeholders and leadership. Success requires strong analytical judgment, business communication skills, and the ability to work with pricing tools, business intelligence platforms, and large data sets. The ideal candidate is curious, creative, and committed to continuously improving revenue management processes and systems.
Key Responsibilities

Develop and implement pricing strategies for an assigned region using proprietary pricing tools and business intelligence platforms.

Analyze market conditions, leasing trends, property performance, and operational feedback to optimize rental rates and occupancy.

Monitor key performance indicators, including renewal and re-leasing rent growth, days on market, and net absorption.

Serve as the subject matter expert for revenue-related analytics and provide support to internal stakeholders.

Create and distribute reporting packages covering leasing performance, inventory balances, pricing anomalies, and renewal trends.

Present actionable recommendations to leadership based on performance analysis and market insights.

Contribute to the enhancement of pricing and revenue management systems, tools, and processes.
Required Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Finance, Engineering, Statistics, Applied Mathematics, or a related field, or equivalent experience.

At least three years of direct pricing or revenue management experience in real estate, hospitality, airlines, car rentals, or another asset-intensive industry.

Experience with pricing and revenue management software.

Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office applications.

Working knowledge of business intelligence tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or similar platforms.

Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Ability to build relationships, influence stakeholders, and present recommendations to leadership.
