Fusion HCR is hiring for a direct-hire Oracle Financials Techno-Functional Lead opportunity with a retail organization. This role supports corporate Finance, Real Estate, Accounts Payable, Financial Planning, and related business teams through the effective management and enhancement of enterprise applications. The position partners with technology leaders, business executives, internal application teams, third-party vendors, and onshore/offshore development resources. The successful candidate will help bring application ownership in-house while ensuring systems continue to support operational and strategic priorities. This is an opportunity to contribute to application roadmaps, process improvements, system implementations, and ongoing Oracle Financials support in a collaborative hybrid environment.

Position Overview

Fusion HCR is seeking an Oracle Financials Techno-Functional Lead to provide product leadership and strategic direction for corporate finance applications. The role combines strong Oracle Financials expertise with business analysis, stakeholder partnership, solution design, project coordination, and application lifecycle management.

The Lead will analyze business needs, translate them into functional and technical requirements, and guide configuration, testing, development, implementation, and ongoing maintenance. Reporting to the Manager of Corporate Applications, this position will collaborate with Finance, Real Estate, Accounts Payable, Financial Planning, technology executives, vendors, and development partners. The role will also establish application roadmaps, recommend effective solutions, communicate project status and risks, and ensure that corporate applications remain aligned with business objectives and applicable data management requirements.

Key Responsibilities

  • Define, design, implement, and support Finance, Real Estate, and other corporate application solutions.

  • Partner with business stakeholders to assess needs and translate them into functional and technical requirements.

  • Serve as the primary liaison between business teams and development resources, managing priorities and maintaining alignment.

  • Coordinate with onshore and offshore teams, communicate project status, identify risks, and provide leadership updates.

  • Oversee technical specifications, system modification documentation, configuration, testing, and ongoing maintenance.

  • Lead process improvements for corporate applications teams and business users.

  • Manage projects through the full lifecycle, from planning and requirements through delivery and support.

  • Develop strategic plans, application roadmaps, and future direction for assigned systems.

  • Evaluate solution options and recommend appropriate paths for business and technology stakeholders.

  • Ensure compliance with applicable privacy, data transfer, retention, and data management requirements.

Required Qualifications

  • At least three years of experience configuring and implementing Oracle Financial systems.

  • Strong knowledge of Oracle Finance business practices.

  • Experience with Oracle Fusion Cloud Solutions and/or Oracle E-Business Suite.

  • Experience supporting business application enhancements, implementations, and ongoing administration.

  • Demonstrated ability to translate business needs into functional and technical requirements.

  • Project management experience.

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.

  • Excellent organizational, written, and verbal communication skills.

  • Fluency in English.

  • Ability to adapt effectively to changing requirements, priorities, and business needs.

  • Ability to collaborate with Finance, technology teams, third-party vendors, and onshore/offshore development partners.
