The Learning Program Facilitator will join a growing learning team and deliver training for corporate and operational employees, including leasing, resident management, contact center, sales, marketing, and support teams. Position Overview

Fusion HCR is seeking a Learning Program Facilitator to serve as a subject matter expert and primary facilitator for onboarding, upskilling, systems, role-based, customer experience, and compliance training. Most sessions will be delivered virtually through Microsoft Teams, with limited in-person facilitation. This position will identify knowledge gaps, facilitate simulations and skills practice, coach learners, and reinforce the application of training in daily operations. The facilitator will partner with onboarding teams, human resources, functional leaders, instructional designers, and subject matter experts to ensure learning content is accurate, relevant, and aligned with business needs.

The role will also support learning management system administration, track attendance and assessments, prepare training summaries, and provide actionable insights and recommendations to leadership.

Key Responsibilities

  • Facilitate onboarding, upskilling, technical, role-based, leadership, customer experience, and compliance training.

  • Deliver engaging instructor-led sessions through Microsoft Teams, virtual classrooms, and limited in-person settings.

  • Serve as the subject matter expert and lead facilitator for assigned learning programs.

  • Identify knowledge and skill gaps through observation, feedback, assessments, and learner performance.

  • Facilitate simulations, coaching sessions, and skills practice to reinforce retention and application.

  • Partner with onboarding, human resources, and functional leaders to support new-hire readiness.

  • Collaborate with instructional design teams to review, update, and refine training materials.

  • Maintain training documentation and resources using Microsoft Office, Adobe, and Canva.

  • Manage scheduling, attendance, course administration, grading, and assessment tracking in the LMS.

  • Prepare debriefs, training summaries, insights, and recommendations for leadership.

  • Coach managers and internal facilitators on reinforcing learning at the local level.

  • Support train-the-trainer activities and consistent delivery of established programs.

Required Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED required.

  • Bachelor’s degree in organizational development, learning and development, education, human resources, or a related field preferred; equivalent experience may be considered.

  • Four or more years of experience facilitating training in virtual and in-person environments.

  • Three or more years facilitating onboarding, role-based, technical, change-readiness, or leadership programs.

  • Experience training customer-facing or operational teams.

  • Experience identifying training gaps and recommending improvements.

  • Experience curating learning content and partnering with instructional design teams.

  • Proficiency with learning management systems, including course administration, tracking, and reporting.

  • Strong Microsoft Office skills; working knowledge of Adobe and Canva.

  • Exceptional presentation, communication, facilitation, coaching, and interpersonal skills.

  • Understanding of adult learning principles and learner engagement techniques.

  • Strong organization, time management, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.

  • Flexibility to support evolving business needs, systems, and training requirements.

  • Experience in property management, leasing, resident services, or customer service preferred.

  • Valid driver’s license and satisfactory driving record required.
