MahiGaming develops premium, innovative content for the iGaming industry, bringing together creative and technical professionals across game design, software development, mathematics, sound design, and quality assurance. The company is seeking a hands-on Infrastructure Engineer to support a high-performance software development environment. This direct-hire opportunity offers a salary range of $100,000–$140,000, with potential bonus eligibility.

Position Overview

Fusion HCR is seeking an Infrastructure Engineer who understands how cloud services, virtualization, networking, security, and automation work together. This is not a traditional systems administration position. The successful candidate will own and improve infrastructure supporting software development, testing, and business operations.

The role will focus on Azure and Microsoft 365 administration, VMware environments, Windows and Linux servers, networking, endpoint security, automation, monitoring, backup, and disaster recovery. The ideal candidate can solve complex infrastructure challenges, take ownership across multiple technical disciplines, and clearly explain the reasoning behind technical decisions. Gaming-industry experience is strongly preferred.

Key Responsibilities

  • Administer Azure and Microsoft 365 environments.

  • Manage VMware vSphere and ESXi virtualization platforms.

  • Support Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and Group Policy.

  • Maintain network infrastructure, including VLANs, routing, and firewalls.

  • Administer Windows and Linux servers.

  • Manage endpoint systems and endpoint security.

  • Develop PowerShell scripts to automate processes and improve efficiency.

  • Support development and test environments for software engineering teams.

  • Monitor infrastructure performance, availability, and security.

  • Manage backup and disaster recovery processes.

Required Qualifications

  • Approximately 7–10 years of infrastructure engineering or related experience.

  • Hands-on experience administering Azure and Microsoft 365.

  • Strong VMware vSphere and ESXi experience.

  • Experience with Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and Group Policy.

  • Solid networking fundamentals, including VLANs, routing, and firewalls.

  • Experience with endpoint security and systems administration.

  • PowerShell scripting and automation experience.

  • Windows and Linux server administration experience.

  • Ability to understand and explain how infrastructure components work together.

  • Experience in the gaming industry is preferred; backgrounds with Aristocrat, Everi, or IGT are desirable.

  • Must be willing to work onsite five days per week.
