Our Client develops premium iGaming content focused on innovation, design, and mobile-first experiences. The company brings together creative and technical professionals—including mathematicians, software developers, game designers, sound designers, and quality assurance specialists—to create engaging casino games.

This is a full-time, fully on-site opportunity in South Florida for an analytics professional who can connect data to game performance, player behavior, and business outcomes.

Position Overview

Fusion HCR is seeking a highly agile Data Scientist / Analytics Lead to deliver real-time insights that influence game performance, player behavior, and business decisions. This role will own key game and business KPIs, develop dashboards used by Game Design and Leadership, and analyze player behavior, experiments, and performance trends.

The successful candidate will be comfortable working with evolving or incomplete data, identifying anomalies and opportunities quickly, and translating complex analysis into clear recommendations. This is not a back-office reporting position; it requires curiosity, sound judgment, speed, and the ability to influence decisions in a fast-moving gaming environment. The role partners closely with Game Designers, Product, and Management to support rapid iteration and continuous optimization.

Key Responsibilities

• Own game and business KPIs from definition through ongoing measurement and optimization.

• Build, maintain, and enhance dashboards used daily by Game Design and Leadership.

• Analyze player behavior, game performance, engagement patterns, and business results.

• Design, evaluate, and communicate A/B testing and other experiments.

• Identify trends, anomalies, risks, and opportunities quickly.

• Translate complex datasets and findings into clear, compelling stories and actionable recommendations.

• Partner with Game Designers, Product teams, and Management to support data-informed decisions.

• Help improve analytics processes, reporting standards, and performance measurement.

• Work effectively with incomplete, evolving, or imperfect data while applying independent problem-solving judgment.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Applied Mathematics, Data Science, or a related field.

• Strong analytical instincts and demonstrated independent problem-solving ability.

• Professional experience influencing business or product decisions through data, rather than simply reporting results.

• Proficiency with SQL, Tableau or Power BI, Excel, and Python or R.

• Experience with A/B testing, experimentation, and performance measurement.

• Ability to communicate technical findings clearly to both technical and nontechnical stakeholders.

• Comfort working in a fast-paced environment with incomplete or changing information.

• Gaming, online player-data, or slots experience is strongly preferred.

• Familiarity with Snowflake and modern data stacks is a plus.

• Experience with predictive modeling, machine learning, or AI is a plus, but is not the primary focus of the role.

• Willingness to work on-site five days per week in Boca Raton, Florida.
